In the event of a "no-show" the client will be able to use the total amount debited for a reservation in the following 6 months (subject to availability)!

 

TOURIST TAX

Prices are not inclusive of the Tourist Tax, which is compulsory and fixed from the City of Piombino.
The Tourist Tax is not included in rates and will be applied as comunicated by law. It has to be paid at the check in, at the arrival at the Resort.

For 2018 Tourist tax will be applied as communicated by the Law
For the exemptions, please turn to the Reception

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

  • Kitchen area must be left clean at the end of your stay or an additional cost of € 38.00 will be debited.
  • Tourist Tax
  • Balcony/green area-gazebo (on request, on availability):  € 15 per apartment per night (for type 2 ROOMS APARTMENT) . € 10 per apartment per night (for type STUDIO).
  • Additional bed € 10 per night. Free of charge until 8 years old. (on request on availability)
  • Additional Apartment Cleaning on request at € 32 per day excluding dishes and plates which are subject to a charge of € 10 per day.
  • Additional Change Bed linen € 10 per bed (double or single)
  • Additional Change of Bathroom set at € 10 per person
  • Additional change of Kitchen and Table set at € 5 per change
  • Additional Parking (subject to availability)per Car € 30 per week or € 5 per day. Motocycle at € 24 per week or per day.
  • Laundry Room
  • Shuttle Bus Service with fee (date and price to define)
  • Animals small size only and subject to management authorization at € 16 per day.
  • Use of the Sport Field on payment
  • Use of the Sport Fields with artificial lights – supplement of € 5.00 per hour per field

  

DEPOSIT UPON ARRIVAL

Upon arrival, a cash deposit of € 200.00 will be requested. This deposit will be reimbursed to you upon your departure, after a regular inspection for damages or missing items.
If damages are revealed during the inspection, or if missing items are noted which have not been declared upon departure, Management reserves the right to debit the equal value onto the credit card details left by guests as a guarantee.
If you plan to leave the Resort during the night os when the Reception is closed, the check in deposit must be asked backthe evening before the departure.
The check in deposit will be the guarantee for the payment of the Tourist Tax at the check out. If you will not pay the Tourist Tax, the same amount will be deducted from the deposit

 

ARRIVAL RULES

1. From 07/07 to 02/09: weekly accommodation only with arrival and departure on SATURDAYS.
2. All other months: arrivals are allowed on any day.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

From 01/03 to 29/06 and from 08/09 to 31/10 (dates included)

Cancellations on the same arrival date or NO SHOW = the first night is cashed
 

From 30/06 to 07/09 + Holidays (dates included)

STAY UP TO 13 NIGHTS
From 3 nights before the arrival date or NO SHOW = 100% of the total stay is cashed

STAYS MORE THAN 14 NIGHTS
50% of the total stay paid at the confirmation is not refundable

From 15 nights before the arrival date or NO SHOW = 100% of the total stay is cashed


EARLY BOOKING PROMOTION

Stay up to 13 Nights

for cancellations from 30 nights to 15 nights before arrival 30% of the total stay is not refundable
for cancellations from 14 nights before arrival or NOSHOW 70% of the total stay is not refundable

Stay More Than 14 Nights

for cancellations from 30 nights to 15 nights before arrival 50% of the total stay is not refundable
for cancellations from 14 nights before arrival or NOSHOW 50% of the total stay is not refundable


As an additional precaution when confirming you reservation, we recommend purchasing a travel insurance directly or through your travel agency , to cover unforeseen circumstances, no show, last minute cancellations or early departures which will resul t in the application and charge of our penalties.

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

The reservation is confirmed only through credit card details as garancy, and with the payment of the deposit.
Any reservation without credit card details or without payment of the deposit is not confirmed.
We remind you that we cannot accept cash payments more than € 2.900,00 according to the Italian law.

A credit card as guarantee is requested at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation.
(it is necessary to fill in and send us the schedule “Authorization for credit card/Credit Card Details as Guarantee”)
Total Payment: 100% of the stay to be paid at the moment of the arrival at the Resort/check in.

 

From 30/06 to 07/09 + Holidays (dates inclusives)

A credit card as guarantee is requested at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation

 

STAY UP TO 13 NIGHTS

total payment (100% of the stay) within 6 days before the arrival date

 

STAY MORE THAN 14 NIGHTS

payment 50% of the stay at the moment of the reservation
payment of the balance (50% of the stay) within 15 days before the arrival date

 

FOR RESERVATIONS WITH EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT

A credit card as guarantee is requested at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation

STAY UP TO 13 NIGHTS
payment (30% of the stay) within the expiration date comunicated
balance payment (70% of the stay) within 15 days before arrival

STAY MORE THAN 14 NIGHTS
payment (50% of the stay) within the expiration date comunicated
balance payment (50% of the stay) within 15 days before arrival

RESTAURANT SUPPLEMENT

Valid for stay: from 01/04 to 31/10/17

Breakfast Buffet – supplement Euro 8,00 per person per day

  • 0 – 2,99 years old  FREE (together with 1 paying adult)
  • 3 – 9,99 years old -50% (together with 1 paying adult)

Half Board – supplement -  breakfast  buffet  + dinner 2 courses + Dessert + water included Euro 30,00 per person per day

  • 0 – 2,99 years old  FREE (together with 1 paying adult
  • 3 – 9,99 years old -50% (together with 1 paying adult)

DEPOSIT

A cash deposit equal to € 200.00 is requested at the arrival at the Resort. This sum is a guarantee for any damage or lost item inside the apartment. This sum will be given back after the apartment control at the check out after verifying everything is not missing/damaged.

 

OLYMPIC POOL

Please take good note that during the season the Olympic Pool can be occupied by sport groups.
The Hydrojet pool (heated in specific periods) and Pool for Children (not Heated) will be always available for our Individual Clients.
