In the event of a "no-show" the client will be able to use the total amount debited for a reservation in the following 6 months (subject to availability)!

INCLUDED IN WEEKLY RATES:

• Complete set of bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen.
• Final clean.
• Electricity.
• Water.
• Air conditioning and heating.
• TV-Sat.
• Weekly change of linen.
• Parking (1 car/motorbike spot)
• Pools
• Sports courts by day (natural lighting).
• Mini Club (from 15/06 to 03/09)

Kitchen area must be left clean at the end of your stay or an additional cost of € 38.00 will be debited.
 

Deposit upon arrival
Upon arrival, a cash deposit of € 200.00 will be requested. This deposit will be reimbursed to you upon your departure, after a regular inspection for damages or missing items.
If damages are revealed during the inspection, or if missing items are noted which have not been declared upon departure, Management reserves the right to debit the equal value onto the credit card details left by guests as a guarantee.
In the event of departure outside Reception opening times, the deposit will be reimbursed via bank deposit. In this instance, the client must provide notification at least one day prior to departure and provide relevant bank details (account name, IBAN code, bank name)..


Arrival Rules
1. From 18/06 to 03/09: weekly accommodation only with arrival and departure on SATURDAYS.
2. All other months: arrivals are allowed on any day.

Cancellation Polices
From 18/06 to 03/09 + Holidays
- For Cancellation from 30 to 15 days before arrival = 50% of the total stay is cashed.
- For Cancellation from 14 days before arrival to the arrival date = 100% of the stay is cashed.
From 01/03 to 18/06 and from 03/09 to 31/12
- For cancellation until 1 day before arrival within 5.00 pm = no penalty.
- From 5.00 pm of the day before arrival on = the first night is cashed (in case of a 2-3 nights stay); the first 2 nights are cashed (in case of a minimum 4 nights stay).

Payment & Deposit
From 18/06 to 03/09 + Holidays
-Deposit: 50% of the total stay at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation.
-Balance: 50% of the total stay to be paid 7 days before the arrival.
From 01/03 to 18/06 and from 03/09 to 31/12
-only Credit Card as guarantee is requested at the moment of the confirmation.
-Total Payment: 100% of the stay to be paid at the moment of the arrival at the Resort/Check-In.
