Poggio all’Agnello Resort technical center of the Italian Federation Triathlon provides for all Triathlon fans a unique and custom service in collaboration with an instructor Andrea Ciaponi.
Andrea over to prepare a program of targeted training will follow in training and will be your Personal Coach.

EXAMPLES OF TRAINING PROGRAMS

6 DAYS PROGRAM BEGINNERS

1 week divided into 5 training sessions and 2 of rest

Day 1 Monday afternoon: Presentation of the program of training + swimming
Day 2 Tuesday morning: + bike race
Day 3 Wednesday morning: swimming
Day 4 Thursday: rest
Day 5 Friday afternoon: + bike race
Day 6 Saturday morning: test triathlon

MATERIAL REQUIRED TO PRACTICE THE TRIATHLON
– Swimming: goggles, hat, swimsuit (wet suit in each sea obligatory), tablet, pull boy, palette
– Bike: helmet, bike, technical clothing, shoes, water bottle.
– Travel: Technical clothing or body for triathlon, running shoes.

13 DAYS PROGRAM ADVANCED

Two weeks divided into 10 training sessions and 3 rest.

The length of sessions varies according to the distance over which you want to work (sprint, Olympic, average)

Day 1 (Monday afternoon): Presentation of the program of training + race
Day 2 (Tuesday morning): + bike race
Day 3 (Wednesday morning): Swimming
Day 4 (Thursday): rest or free activity
Day 5 (Friday afternoon): Running
Day 6 (Saturday morning): swimming + bike
7 Day (Sunday): rest
Day 8 (Monday afternoon): Swimming
Day 9 (Tuesday morning): + bike race
Day 10 (Wednesday morning): triathlon supersprint
Day 11 (Thursday): rest
Day 12 (Friday afternoon): Swimming
Day 13 (Saturday morning): sprint or Olympic distance triathlon distance
