Day 1 Monday afternoon: Presentation of the program of training + swimming
Day 2 Tuesday morning: + bike race
Day 3 Wednesday morning: swimming
Day 4 Thursday: rest
Day 5 Friday afternoon: + bike race
Day 6 Saturday morning: test triathlon
MATERIAL REQUIRED TO PRACTICE THE TRIATHLON
– Swimming: goggles, hat, swimsuit (wet suit in each sea obligatory), tablet, pull boy, palette
– Bike: helmet, bike, technical clothing, shoes, water bottle.
– Travel: Technical clothing or body for triathlon, running shoes.
