In addition to a relaxing holiday by the sea in Tuscany, our Holiday Resort offers many opportunities for sports activities both at the Resort and in its surrounds.

Sport at the Resort

Inside the Resort, in addition to an Olympic swimming pool, there are 4 multi-purpose courts for tennis and five-a-side football, with the following surfaces: 2 play-it, 2 artificial grass

Depending on the season and period, various classes are also available, such as Yoga.

Children and teenagers can participate in the many sporting activities especially designed for them, such as tennis lessons, swimming lessons, etc.

Sport near the Resort (2 km)

Diving, windsurfing, catamaraning, sailing and fishing are just some of the sports available near the resort, as well as associated sailing schools and windsurfing clubs.

Sailing Courses

Just 2 km from the Poggio all'Agnello Holiday Resort, between June and September you can book sailing courses for both adults and children, with the possibility for private lessons.
An F.I.V. (Federazione Italiana Vela - Italian Sailing Federation) card is required in order to participate in courses. To receive an F.I.V. card, it is sufficient to present a medical certificate to the Centre attesting suitability for non-competitive sporting activities, together with a valid form of personal identification.

Windsurfing Courses

Just 10km from the resort, it's possible to participate in windsurfing and catamaraning beginner or intensive courses. Courses are divided into categories according to age and experience.
Lessons are provided by expert instructors. For young children (from 9 to 13 years), "PETER PAN" windsurfing courses are available.

Diving

Once again near our Holiday Resort in Tuscany, underwater diving courses are available for all levels, including the "baptism by sea" course, an introduction to diving for first timers.
For those preferring to discover the sea with nothing but a mask and snorkel, snorkelling excursions are possible in the beautiful bays of the Gulf of Baratti and near the Island of Elba.

Near the Resort (15 minutes)

Just a few minutes' drive from the Poggio all'Agnello Holiday Resort, a selection of Golf courses is available. In particular, the Resort has an agreement with an 18 hole course just a few kilometres away.

Golf courses for children are also available with several tournaments throughout the year offering entertainment and the opportunity to participate.

Horse Riding

Just 15 km from our Holiday Resort, the 15 hectare FISE (Federazione Italiana Sport Equestri - Italian Equestrian Federation) Horse riding Centre is located, surrounded by magnificent nature characterised by olive groves and bushland. The centre offers the possibility for relaxing horse rides, as well as a school for competitive horse riding.

Archery

For archery enthusiasts, an archery field with FITARCO (Federazione Italiana di Tiro all'Arco - Italian Archery Federation) instructors is located just 12 km from our Resort.
The centre offers individual courses for adults and children (minimum age 9 years).

Cycle Tourism

The Etruscan Coast is the ideal location for lovers of this sport, with both asphalted and dirt road trails ideal for getting to know the area and the charming natural attractions of this territory.

Thanks to a broad selection of available itineraries, the Etruscan Coast offers bike riding trails for both mountain bike and road bike enthusiasts, as well as relaxing itineraries for families with children.
