EXCLUSIVE CUSTOMER INSURANCE
In case of no-show the customer can use the total amount charged for a stay within the following 6 months (subject to availability)!
CITY TAX
Prices are not inclusive of the Tourist Tax, which is compulsory and fixed from the City of Piombino.
The Tourist Tax is not included in rates and will be applied as comunicated by law. It has to be paid at the check in, at the arrival at the Resort.
SERVICES INCLUDED
- Complete set of bath, bed linen and kitchen.
- Final cleaning.
- Air conditioning and heating.
- TV with Satellite.
- Weekly change of linen.
- Parking
- Pools
- Mini Club during the high season months
- Use of tennis, soccer and volleyball courts upon request, availability and booking.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
- Additional bed € 15 per night, free cot for children up to 3 years, on request on availability.
- Shuttle Bus Local Service with fee (date and price to define).
- Pets Allowed € 8.00 per day per animal.
- Coin-operated Laundry in the Resort.
Kitchen area must be left clean at the end of your stay or an additional cost of € 38.00 will be added.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Any cancellation must be communicated via email, fax or mail.
Each rate plas has a proper cancellation polices clear indicated in the reservation form
MAIN RATES PLANS
OFFICIAL RATE: free cancellation with 24h advance to the arrival without penalty
LONG STAYS: 30% deposit at the booking and the rest 7 days before the arrival, deposit and full payment are not refundable once done
NOT REFUNDABLE: 100% deposit at the booking, not refundable in case of cancellation
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT
The reservation is confirmed only through credit card details as garancy, and with the payment of the deposit.
Any reservation without credit card details or without payment of the deposit is not confirmed.
We remind you that we cannot accept cash payments more than € 2.900,00 according to the Italian law.
