Freedom Triathlon Camp


Taking place on the stunning Poggio all’Agnello in the family friendly resort of Tuscany_Italy, with more sunny days. I will provide you with a structured 4 days, designed so that you get the most benefit from the sessions during your time with me.
Featuring 2/3 coached pool swims, 3 coached bike sessions and 3 coached runs, this really is the perfect training for a long weekend.
The aim is to help athletes with their technique and give them some tools to take away to continue improving at home.
Current fitness and ability are less important than willingness to learn and enjoy working on the process of improving.
I use the methods that can guide you to be faster and more efficiently.

What level do you need to be to attend the camp?
The Camp and training will be open to all levels of athlete.

What bike should I bring?
Please bring the bike you are most comfortable on, and that you do the most training on. The riding will be a mix of flats and hills, perfect for speed and strength.

What is the training plan for the camp?
Below is a basic outline of the camp, this program is only a guideline about the number of sessions and not to take as granted, we will stay flexible due to weather conditions, group structure etc.
